Dear esteemed member of WAAC and IWA

I am sorry to anounce that President of WCP/WAAC, Dr Yutaka Akiya (Japan)
passed away. He was great poet and XVI WCP had been enriched with his contributions.
All of you can send  your poems or essay of XVI WCP for his spirit, he will publish a special edition 
and award honor hangchon prize certificate of HWAAC to Poet and Editor Baek Han-YI .
